Official Opening of the Restored Light Tower

After a year of hard work, the restoration project was complete.
HRH The Princess Royal officially opened the Harbour Light Tower on 22 June 2010. Princess Anne is patron of the Northern Lighthouse Board and a lighthouse “bagger” so she was delighted to add one more to her collection.
